Introducing the first episode of Spotlight On Haiti, a new online video show hosted by yours truly and produced by Natasha Gaspard and Marc Enette.  


In the first episode, I tackle dual citizenship under Martelly with guests Jocelyn McCalla, Reginald Toussaint and Ilio Durandis.
